Disaster Prevention Information

 
Disaster prevention weather information and evacuation information related to flooding and landslides have been organized into five levels. 
From now on, alert levels 1 through 5 will be issued to communicate weather information and evacuation information.
The details of each alert level are as follows:

Notes: ※1 Alert Level 5 is not always issued in every situation, as local governments may not be able to fully assess the disaster situation in real time.
※2 Alert Level 3 is when not only elderly individuals but also others should consider delaying normal activities, prepare for evacuation, and evacuate voluntarily if they feel unsafe.
 

Evacuation Required for Alert Levels: Evacuation becomes necessary when Alert Level 3 (for elderly and vulnerable individuals) or Alert Level 4 (for everyone) is issued. When Alert Levels 3 or 4 are issued, use the Niseko Town Disaster Prevention Guide Map and evacuate quickly.​、​​
