If you wish to participate in competitive bidding for goods and services ordered by Niseko Town in fiscal years 2026 and 2027, please follow the procedure below. (From fiscal year 2026, electronic applications via the Internet are now possible.)

3 Validity period of qualification
For two fiscal years, Reiwa 8 and Reiwa 9 (April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2028)
4 Those who cannot apply for participation in competitive bidding, etc.
Those who fall under any of the following categories are not eligible to apply.
(1) Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Order (Cabinet Order No. 16 of 1947; hereinafter referred to as the “Cabinet Order”) Article 167-4, paragraph 1 (Cabinet Order Article 167
11 (including cases where the same is applied mutatis mutandis in paragraph 1) (minors, persons under guardianship or assistance who are unable to enter into a contract)
(This does not include persons who have obtained the necessary consent for the purpose of

(5) The applicant or its representative, officer, manager, other employee, or bidding representative is involved in any illegal activity by a member of an organized crime group.

Members of organized crime groups as defined in (1) above, as well as those who engage in activities that benefit them and those who have close ties with them.
(6) A person who has not been operating the business for more than one year continuously as of the review date.

The qualification requirement regarding the number of years in business does not apply if the cooperative falls under any of the following:
