Public Enterprise Management
In response to the national policy, Niseko Town has revised its "Management Strategy," which is a basic plan for medium- to long-term management based on an analysis of the current situation and future prospects for each public enterprise, with the aim of strengthening the management base of public enterprises and improving financial management.
Regarding this management strategy, we will review and verify the status of progress on each occasion and revise it as necessary.
