Public enterprise management strategy

Niseko Town responds to the government's policy and aims to strengthen the management base of public enterprises and improve financial management. We have formulated a “management strategy” as a basic plan.
Regarding this management strategy, we will review and verify the status of progress on each occasion and revise it as necessary.
