　令和7・8年度にニセコ町が発注する建設工事及び設計等に係る競争入札に参加を希望する方は、次のとおり手続きをしてください。（令和4年度から北海道市町村入札参加資格共同審査協議会における共同審査の参加自治体となっており、インターネットによる電子申請が可能となりました。）
　なお、【物品の購入、役務等】に係る申請については、令和7年度に電子申請へと移行する予定であり、令和5・6年度指名競争入札参加資格に係る有効期間等を1年延期するため、今年度は定期審査を行いません。詳細は以下のリンクよりご覧ください。

The following 12 types of design, etc. do not require permission under the Construction Business Act.

a. If you wish to do architectural design, you must register as a first-class architect office or a second-class architect office under the Architectural Law, or conduct a survey.
If you wish to do so, you will need to register as a surveying company according to the Survey Act. However, the business is only the design of building facilities

(b) The applicant must have continued to operate the business for at least one year as of the examination reference date.
(c) There must be a business amount for the desired type during the year immediately preceding the screening reference date.
