In the town, based on future population estimates and various social situations, the overall picture of public facilities owned by Honmachi will be clarified, and the public will have a long-term perspective in order for Honmachi to develop sustainably in the future. For the purpose of promoting comprehensive and systematic management of facilities, etc., we have devised "Niseko Town Public Facilities General Management Plan".
In this plan, based on population estimation based on the Niseko Town Self-Government Revitalization Comprehensive Strategy (Population Vision), we will maintain and repair public facilities efficiently and effectively with a long-term perspective, and extend their life. By doing so, we plan to reduce and normalize the financial burden and take safety measures, and show our policy to effectively utilize the public facilities we have as assets for a long time.
