Regional Public Transport Integrated Collaboration Plan

Niseko Town, in cooperation with Kutchan-cho, Rankoshi-cho, and Kyowa-cho, we formulated the `` Niseko Resort Area Regional Public Transport Comprehensive Cooperation Plan '' that shows the future of bus traffic in the Niseko Resort Area (Niseko Annupuri area), We aim to establish highly reliable local transportation.

The buses that are currently operated are operated by various companies and the like in the same area, and it is difficult to use the route because the destination and route are complicated and the rates are different. Also, in the summer season, the number of trucks is extremely reduced, making it impossible to enjoy sightseeing areas.
Therefore, in order to achieve sustainable development as a mountain resort area, transportation companies and stakeholders gather wisdom and realize highly convenient regional transportation.

Niseko Resort Area (Kutchan Town, Niseko Town, Rankoshi Town and Kyowa Town).

Based on the comprehensive plan of each town or tourism promotion plan, make the following specific goal.

1. We aim to revitalize consumption within the area due to the increase of facilities that can drop by.
2. We aim to increase the number of tourists by improving the customer satisfaction level of the whole region.
3. By making it possible to move without relying on private cars, we solve various problems such as inconvenience of traffic vulnerable people, traffic accidents, environmental problems, shortage of parking lots.

We also aim to build a system that supports the entire region so that future convenient regional traffic can be maintained.
