　そこで町では、平成29年度に「ニセコ町空家等対策計画」を策定し、令和4年度で計画策定から5年が経過することから、これまでの空家等対策の取組状況及びその結果を検証し、地域の安全と生活環境及び良好な景観の保全を図り、空家等の適正管理と有効活用を推進することを目的とし本計画を策定しました。
