  • If the principal can not apply directly due to circumstances, the proxy can submit a proxy letter himself / herself signed in, and the agent can apply (please inquire in advance).

・My number card
・The 4-digit PIN set on your My Number Card
Note: If you make a mistake three times in a row, you will be locked out. To unlock, you need to go through the procedures at the Resident Section of the town hall.

Seal registration certificate: 300 yen per case
■ Notes
A seal registration card (card) is still required to receive a seal registration certificate at the Resident Section window of the government office.
