印鑑登録・印鑑登録証明書について

• When registering for the first time, you need to apply by yourself.
• If the principal can not apply directly due to circumstances, the proxy can submit a proxy letter himself / herself signed in, and the agent can apply (please inquire in advance).

• Registered seal
• 身分証明書（運転免許証、マイナンバーカードなど）

印鑑登録証明書の交付には印鑑登録証が必要です。

• Person or agent (No power of attorney is required.)

■ Available time
・From 6:30 to 23:00 all day
(You can get it regardless of the day of the week, such as Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.)
■ What you need
・My number card
・The 4-digit PIN set on your My Number Card
Note: If you make a mistake three times in a row, you will be locked out. To unlock, you need to go through the procedures at the Resident Section of the town hall.

Seal registration certificate: 300 yen per case
■ Notes
A seal registration card (card) is still required to receive a seal registration certificate at the Resident Section window of the government office.
