Residence-related applications such as change of status of residence · renewal of period of stay · permission of permanent residence etc
Those who are required to complete the resident registration procedure are those who fall under any of the following categories:
- Mid- and long-term residents
- Special permanent resident
- Temporary asylum-seeking permit or temporary stay permitted person
- Transitional residents due to birth or loss of nationality
Moving-in Notification
Please do notify us within 14 days after entering Japan.

Moving-out Notification
When moving out of Japan or leaving Niseko Town for other cities, towns or villages, please notify us of by the date of moving out.

Change of address notification
When you change your address within town, please notify the town hall staff within 14 days from the date of moving.

Notification of Household Change (For changes to the household you belong to or to the household itself)
If the head of household changes or the household is divided, please submit a household change notification within 14 days of the change.
