Niseko Kodomo-kan (After-school Care)
The Niseko Kodomo-kan was built as an integrated child welfare facility combining the functions of an after-school daycare center and an after-school activity classroom.
Currently, the center operates only as an after-school daycare program in accordance with Japan’s Comprehensive After-School Children’s Plan.
The building was designed and constructed mainly using wood. Its warm atmosphere and the natural flexibility of wooden materials help ensure a safe and comfortable environment for children.
