In Honmachi, one public childcare center (90 people) is set up and we are endeavoring to improve early childcare and early childhood education. In 1998, we opened a schoolchildren nursery school to support the balance of child rearing and work. In the future, while considering the trend of the number of targeted children, it is required to tackle the nursery business in line with the change in demand.

Family forms have transformed from large families living with multiple generations to nuclear families. With the progress of nuclear familialization, it is difficult to obtain family support for child rearing, such as difficulty in handling practical knowledge and methods of child rearing. In the midst of this, many parents feel uneasy about child rearing.
From now on, it is necessary to develop consultation and aid system concerning child rearing.

As society grows healthy, it is necessary to promote society as a whole to create an environment where children can be born and raised with confidence.
For this reason, awareness raising that promotes cooperation of men and women in family life is required.

We will enrich our support for families raising children while working.
For that reason, we will endeavor to enhance diverse and easy-to-use daycare services, such as nurturing personnel such as nurseries and developing nursery schools to enhance multifunctionality.

Consultation to support families with troubles and problems concerning child rearing, improvement of aid system will be aimed.
As a result, parents who are raising their children can easily consult about child rearing, childcare anxiety, etc. and promote a system that can receive appropriate assistance.

Male parents will further promote child-rearing involving positively.
For this reason, we will promote educational activities that will allow us to deepen our understanding of its importance.
