Snow clearing (josetsu)

Due to the high snowfall in Niseko Town in winter, all public roads in the district are periodically cleared of snow (public roads are divided into three classifications: municipal roads, prefectural roads, and national highways), all private roads and access ways are up to the individual to clear. Please ensure that you follow the rules in place for disposal of snow cleared from and around your property.
