Notification in case of inheriting farmland

If you acquire agricultural land through inheritance or other means, you are required to notify Agricultural Committee of this fact.
The person who needs notification is as follows.
Those who acquired the rights of the farmland without obtaining permission from the farmland law

• Inheritance, inheritance distribution
• Acquire prescription
• Merger, division etc. of corporation

The notification form is as follows and is available at Agricultural Committee Secretariat.

In addition, a flyer requesting notification of inheritance of farmland, etc. is available at Agricultural Committee Secretariat and the Resident Section Resident Affairs Division.
This notification is intended to inform Agricultural Committee of the details of the acquisition of rights, but does not make the acquisition of rights effective or preserve them.
Also, it is not an alternative to registration of ownership transfer. Registration is required separately.
