Takeo Arishima is a writer representing the Shirakaba school, and in Sapporo in the Meiji era
He formed the art club "Kuroyurikai" in Hokkaido, and promoted modern painting in Hokkaido.
As a pioneer, he had a great influence on the next generation.
　
This project aims to give young people, who have unlimited creativity, a wide range of creative presentations.
In addition to providing a place, inheriting the intention of Arishima's art promotion
