Diverse work styles

Skimma byte service

Niseko Town will develop a skimmer byte service business nationwide, and in cooperation with Timee Co., Ltd., a major industry company, will promote initiatives to address local labor shortages and promote diverse work styles.

As labor shortages become more serious in various industries, the Sukimabyte service is already being used by some businesses and residents in the Niseko area, but it will not only help businesses secure new workers, but will also help workers. It is also beneficial for both parties, as it leads to the utilization of free time and the accumulation of new experiences.

We have already held multiple briefing sessions for businesses, and we plan to hold briefing sessions for workers in the future.

Niseko Town x Kutchan Town x Timey concludes comprehensive partnership agreement

On 2023, Niseko Town, Kutchan Town, and Timey Co., Ltd. concluded a comprehensive partnership agreement.
Comprehensive cooperation agreement
The Niseko area, which includes Niseko Town and Kutchan Town, continues to develop as a world-class international resort area, but a chronic labor shortage has become a major issue.
Additionally, labor shortages are a concern not only in the tourism industry but also in many other fields such as agriculture, welfare, and education.
By utilizing Timey's Sukima Byte service, which matches ``times you want to work'' and ``times you want to work,'' we will promote new ways of working, contribute to resolving labor shortages, and help improve the lives of town residents and revitalize the region. We aim to connect.
