■ Subsidy rate: Within 4/5 (within 1/2 from the second time onwards)
■ Maximum subsidy: Up to 2 million yen (depending on number of employees)

■Target participants: Members of Niseko Town Chamber of Commerce and Industry, organizations whose main members are members of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, etc.
■ Eligible projects: Projects that implement one or both of the following:
・Projects aimed at resolving labor shortages
・Projects aimed at improving the working environment
*The above business must be carried out with the support of a chamber of commerce or a financial institution.

・Creating videos for recruitment activities, using social media, and conducting internships
・Cross-industry collaboration to ensure year-round employment (employment sharing, etc.)
・Enhancing employee benefits such as providing ski and activity tickets that take advantage of the town's characteristics
・Measures to address housing shortages through collaboration between multiple businesses (renting out vacant company housing, joint leasing, etc.)
・Vacation systems that make it easier for seniors and those raising children to work, and scholarship support systems for young people
■ Eligible expenses:
(1) Remuneration (honorarium)
(2) Employee allowances (limited to the scope newly implemented by the project)
(3) Travel expenses
(4) Expenses for supplies (expenses for consumables, printing and binding, and materials)
(5) Service costs (advertising fees, postage, etc.)
(6) Commission fee
(7) Fees and rent
(8) Raw material costs
(9) Subsidy expenses (limited to the scope of new implementation of the project)
(10) Welfare expenses (limited to the scope newly implemented by the project)
(11) Other expenses deemed necessary by the Mayor

■ Target period: 3 years from FY2024
*Multi-year projects are also eligible. However, applications and selection will be made every year.
