Workshops on food safety and security and food waste

本事業は、次世代を担う子どもたちが、地域の生産者やプロの料理人、町の栄養士などから食べ物の安全性や食の仕組みのほか、地域で生産されるものについて学び、楽しみながら食への意識を高めることを目的に実施しています。

* Niseko Town holds approximately three hands-on workshops for elementary school students each year, and applications are accepted through the Board of Education.
Please wait for the next event to be scheduled, as each elementary school will contact you with information about registration.
(If the number of applicants exceeds the capacity, a lottery will be held.)
