However, in recent years, events such as abandoned houses, rough agricultural lands, illegal dumping, etc. which impair the beautiful landscape of the area have become noticeable due to changes in the socio-economic situation surrounding the area.

This landscape spreading over a wide area beyond the administrative circle is our valuable asset and an important regional resource, we have the responsibility to cooperate with each other to protect and nurture it, and to take over to future generations.

We will draw up this guideline to recognize that each person has pride and affection for the area, each one is a person who is responsible for making landscapes, and create a comfortable and attractive area.

1. Goal of wide area landscape making

  • We actively participate in cooperation in various landscape making activities in the area.

3 Roles of Private Activity Organizations · Neighborhood Associations

  • Activities for creating landscapes have already been developed by private activity organizations, neighborhood associations, etc. We will also play a role as a driving force in the creation of landscapes in the area.
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of action plans, and will take charge of activities in each relevant field.

4 Role of operators

  • Business operators involved in the construction industry will make efforts to actively participate in the creation of local landscapes, such as improving technical capabilities for better landscape creation.
  • Business operators engaged in agriculture, forestry and fishery industry recognize that the production place is an important element constituting the landscape of the area, considering good landscape development and conservation in daily activities.
  • Commercial business operators recognize the importance of the role played by shops, factories and others in creating urban landscapes and strive to harmonize buildings and outdoor advertisements with the surrounding landscape.
