Certification of community agreement

Niseko Town Landscape Ordinance, in principle, each owner of three or more buildings can conclude a community agreement for the purpose of landscape formation. Furthermore, when it is recognized that the community agreement contributes to landscape creation and meets the requirements stipulated in the regulations, the mayor can certify this according to Article 19 of the ordinance.
