Welfare Consultation

Niseko Town Community Support Centre is located within the town hall's Health & Welfare Division. The Community Support Centre provides consultation and support for elderly people and their families regarding various issues they may be facing while living at home, as well as preventive care activities.

We provide consultation for following issues:

• "I don't want to leave a senior alone at home, but caring for them alone is difficult"
• "I would like to get advice about elderly care and useful products or tools" 
• "Which welfare system and facility are available in my case"
• "Although the elderly person is able to be discharged from the hospital, I’m concerned about their daily life at home"
• "I would like to get advice about the nursing-care insurance system"
• "I would like to get the nursing-care insurance certification"
• "I need help creating a care plan and completing paperwork for the nursing-care insurance.

In such cases, we will provide consultation.
