Heisei 20 fiscal year project

In FY2013, we implement the design for "old starch factory" and "1st warehouse" planned to be developed by the government's subsidy in the town.
In the implementation design, based on the results of the deterioration and seismic resistance survey conducted in FY2004, we revised the weak points on the structure of the building, and as buildings utilized by town residents and tourists, such as heat insulation, water supply and sewerage and electrical wiring We design each necessary function.

In the town, as part of effective use of the central warehouse group, we decided to widely publicly invite the use plan of the warehouse group to explore the possibility of introducing private vigor.
As a result of the open call for participants from September 9, 2013 to October 31, 2013, four companies proposed usage plans. A review meeting was held on November 27, and after a strict review, a plan to use Pop Co., Ltd. (operating “Hokkaido Lion Adventure” at Niseko Town Chuo-dori) was selected. In the future, we will continue to study the utilization of this warehouse with this company and further study the introduction of private energies.
