Our basic philosophy is to promote the conservation and creation of the environment, aiming to develop communities that can be conveyed to posterity, and to solidly create a circulation of regional resources
In the questionnaire survey conducted once every four years, the residents evaluate the implementation situation, verify past efforts and incorporate new needs. By doing this, while making a trajectory correction during the planning period, we will promote town planning that responds to changes in the times.

Self-evaluation of the 5th Niseko Town Comprehensive Plan
The 5th Niseko Town Comprehensive Plan “Niseko Environmental Creation City” is based on the concept of “Growth Plan” and conducts evaluations and reviews of each section of the government office every year to promote the plan.

Conducting a questionnaire survey for residents

Questionnaire surveyed: 18 years of age or older Niseko Town random sampling of 1,500 people from the basic resident register
・ Number of collected persons and collection rate: Number of collected persons = 590, collection rate = 39.3%
・ Survey item system: Basically the same as the previous survey (conducted in FY2010), but there are some items that were not heard last time and were newly added. In some cases, the sentence expression of the question is modified.

Fifth Niseko Town Comprehensive Plan formulation commissioned business
