Arishima Takeo Memorial Museum Young Artist Exhibition 1 "Reunion-reunion"
In order to inherit the spirit of art promotion that Takeo Arishima had, Arishima Takeo Memorial Museum has been holding the "Takeo Arishima Youth Public Painting Exhibition" (sponsored by Niseko Town and Hokkaido Shimbun) since 1989.
This public exhibition offers a place for presentation of painting activities of middle and high school students in Hokkaido, this year marks the 25th time and by last year there were 6,747 entries from 5,768 people.
And among yesterday's exhibitors, young artists who have shown remarkable activity in fields such as paintings, installations, photographs, and images have been born in recent years.
In this exhibition "Reunion reunion", we will focus on 8 artists who are active in such diverse fields and introduce activities from the publication of the public painting exhibition exhibition to the present.
