Niseko Migration Work Cooperative
What is the Niseko Migration Work Cooperative?
Taking into account the region's characteristics of having a large number of people moving there (or hoping to move there), we have established the "Specific Regional Development Business Cooperative Association," which combines local jobs to create year-round employment, and employs staff as full-time employees who are dispatched to businesses.
We have introduced a new way of working called "multi-work," where employees are not tied to one job but are involved in a variety of tasks, while still being full-time employees. We strive to create an environment where employees can work long-term in a way that suits them, without being tied to seasonal employment.
Not only for immigrants, but also for those who have given up on full-time employment, shift arrangements are available, making it an easy place to work.

As of August 2025, four local businesses have joined the union as dispatch destinations and have begun recruiting workers. This is a new work style in which workers are dispatched to two or more destinations per year, and do not just one job, but a combination of multiple jobs depending on the season or time of year.
