* For recycling, recycling fee, collecting transport fee etc are required.

Also, as of October 1, 2003, personal computers (main body, monitor, notebook type, desktop type are not required) can not be served as garbage by the Resource Effective Utilization Promotion Act. It will be charged for a dealer (computer maker) to collect it for recycling.
