Hokkaido Positive Registration Center

・Persons eligible for this project are those who fall under any of the following (1) to (3).
(1) Those who live in Hokkaido (including long-term residents) and find it difficult to make appointments, receive medical examinations, or undergo examinations due to the congestion of medical and examination medical institutions (fever outpatient).
* Those who live (stay) in Sapporo City, Asahikawa City, Hakodate City, and Otaru City are not eligible. Please contact each city.
(2) Those under the age of 64 (as of the date of application)
(3) Those who are symptomatic, "mild (*1)" and "not at risk of aggravation (*2)"
*1: Those with the following severe symptoms are not eligible. Seek medical attention. (If you experience any of these symptoms after applying and before the results are available, please do not hesitate to visit a medical institution.)
[Can't drink fluids, can't move because of exhaustion, difficulty breathing, rapid breathing, fever lasting 4 days or more]
*2: Patients on hemodialysis, pregnant women, those undergoing or immediately after treatment with anticancer drugs
