This form is for submitting questions, comments, and requests regarding the town.

We will review your inquiry and have the relevant department handle it in due course. However, please understand that we cannot guarantee an individual response or address for every inquiry. We will be unable to answer your question if any of the following apply:

- Includes defamation or libel against individuals or groups.
- Actions that constitute an infringement of an individual's privacy
- Content that violates public order and morals
- Intimidating behavior or excessive demands
- Repeated comments and requests of the same nature from the same poster.
- Matters under the jurisdiction of the national government, Hokkaido Prefecture, or other organizations.
- Activities deemed to fall under commercial, political, or religious activities.
- Items that do not include a name, address, contact information, etc.
- Opinions whose intent is unclear
- Other matters that the town deems inappropriate to answer.
