At Arishima Takeo Memorial Museum, we have set up many opportunities for presentations by young artists in order to inherit the spirit of art promotion that Takeo Arishima had.

This is the third exhibition of Heisei's "birth trouble" exhibition, which is a contest of contests targeting "troubles" and "works" of young artists acting around Hokutani.
In addition to the review of the work, texts such as ideas about productions that young artists have, and troubles related to production and announcement are subject to review.
