Application & Fee for Water Supply / Sewerage

For all procedures, including starting, canceling, and changing your service, you will need to fill out the necessary information on the designated form.
Please note that we do not accept applications over the phone.
Please note that when you submit a cancellation notice, you cannot cancel retroactively.

You will be required to pay water fee and sewage fee every other month (odd months). Water fees are determined based on the volume of water consumed, as measured by the water meter. Sewerage charges are calculated under the assumption that the volume of wastewater corresponds to the volume of water used.

* Because regular meter reading and billing are done every two months, the amount of water and fee per time will be double the above.

* Seasonal billing is once a year (billing in March)
* Seasonal use is a one-year contract from April to March of the following year.

Please bring your seal used for deposit bankbook and perform procedures at the counter of one of the following financial institution.

• Hokkaido Shinkin Bank Niseko Branch
• JA Yotei Niseko Branch Office
• Niseko Post Office
• Rakuten Bank (from June 2019)

As of June 2019, water and sewage fees, along with municipal taxes, can be paid via automatic payment from Rakuten Bank accounts.
