自動検針機器（スマートメーター）に移行します
上下水道使用量等に関する検針票の配布が終了します
本町では、水道メーター自動検針機器（スマートメーター）に移行します。今まで検針員が2か月に1回みなさまのご自宅等に行き、メーターを検針させていただいておりましたが、今後は自動検針機器からインターネット回線にて検針が可能となります。このことにより、みなさまのご自宅等での漏水を早期に発見することができます。
自動検針機器の導入に伴い令和8年3月をもちまして検針員さんがみなさまのご自宅等に投函させていただいておりました検針票の配布が終了になります。今後は口座振替のお客様と納入通知書によるお支払いのお客様で確認方法が変わります。
口座振替のお客様は、インターネットにて確認することができます。登録方法や利用方法につきましては、令和8年3月上旬にご案内を郵送にて送らせていただきます。
納入通知書のお客様は、令和8年4月より納入通知書のレイアウトが一部変更となり、既存の項目に加えて、使用期間や前月使用水量、前年同月使用水量などが表示されます。

Water Fee and Sewage Fee
You will be required to pay water fee and sewage fee every other month (odd months). Water fees are determined based on the volume of water consumed, as measured by the water meter. Sewerage charges are calculated under the assumption that the volume of wastewater corresponds to the volume of water used.

How to Set-up Automatic Payment from your Bank Account
Please bring your seal used for deposit bankbook and perform procedures at the counter of one of the following financial institution.
