ニセコ町では、下記のとおり、予防接種を行います。

こども定期予防接種（個別接種）

  • ニセコ医院で毎週水曜日実施しています。接種希望日の1週間前までにご予約ください。
  • If you cancel reservation, such as not being vaccinated on the day of inoculation, please contact us.

Four kinds of mixture初回：2～12か月未満（3か月～7歳6か月未満）
追加：初回終了から12か月後（3か月～7歳6か月未満）
BCG5～8か月（1歳未満）
Measles mixed with weathering1st term: 1 to 2 years old
Phase 2: older child
Chickenpox初回：12～15か月未満（1～3歳未満）
追加：1回目の接種から6～12か月後（1～3歳未満）
HPV
（子宮頸がん予防）		Junior high school first grade (6th grade elementary school ~ 1 year equivalent to high school age) Women

JE1期：6か月以上7歳6か月未満
Phase 2: 9 years old and under 13 years old
ロタウイルスロタリックス(2回接種）：生後6週～24週
ロタテック（3回接種）：生後6週～36週（初回接種14週6日まで）
「五種混合」
令和6年4月1日から四種混合とヒブワクチンが1つになった五種混合ワクチンが定期接種となります。
定期接種対象年齢：生後2か月～90か月に至るまで（7歳6か月を迎える日の前日まで）
※すでに四種混合とヒブワクチンで接種を開始している方は、原則として引き続き同一ワクチンでの接種となります。

こども任意予防接種の費用助成を行っています。
対象となる予防接種は下記の通りです。
