Thank you for using "kencom," the health app for Niseko Town National Health Insurance members.
This is an announcement regarding kencom's walking event, "Let's Walk Together."

Why not start a healthy walk while enjoying the beautiful fresh greenery of Niseko Town amidst the pleasant spring breeze? Participate in the event and receive up to 800 Niseko Town health points!

* Niseko Town Health Points can be exchanged for Kira Point deposit vouchers in increments of 500 points. However, identity verification via the kencom app is required to exchange points.
*For information on identity verification, please see "How to verify your identity" in the "Frequently Asked Questions" section at the bottom of this page.
 

"Minna de Arukatsu" (Let's Walk Together) is an online walking event that you can enjoy by utilizing your free time in your daily life, without needing to gather at a designated place or time.
Individuals are welcome to participate, but this event is not just about enjoying walking; it also serves as a communication tool within a team. We encourage you to form a team (2 to 10 people) and enjoy developing healthy habits while having fun!

This will be displayed as a daily ranking.


*Participation in the event is free (excluding communication charges for using the app, etc.).
 

◆For those enrolled in the National Health Insurance in Niseko Town, between the ages of 19 and 74.
◆Those who have completed identity verification using the health app "kencom" for National Health Insurance members
 

◆Entry Period: From 2:00 PM on Wednesday, April 1st, 2026 to 11:59 PM on Sunday, May 31st, 2026
◆Event Period: From 0:00 AM on Friday, May 1st, 2026 to 11:59 PM on Sunday, May 31st, 2026
◆Step count input period: From 0:00 on Friday, May 1st, 2026 to 23:59 on Wednesday, June 3rd, 2026
◆Results announcement period: From 10:00 AM on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 to 11:59 AM on Wednesday, June 24, 2026
 

Points earned from this event will be awarded as "Niseko Town Health Points."

Everyone who participates in (registers for) the "Walking Together" event will receive 200 points!

Everyone who participates in the "Walking Together" event as a team of two or more people will receive 300 points in addition to their participation prize!

Everyone who averages 4,000 steps or more during the event period will receive 300 points!

Points will be awarded based on the team's score ranking! (Only applicable to those who participate as a team)

*Scores are calculated as 1 step = 1 score, with a maximum of 8,000 points per person per day. The ranking is displayed based on the total score of all team members (team cumulative score).
*If teams have the same total score, the ranking will be determined by the team's average number of steps, from highest to lowest.
*If teams have the same total score and average steps per team, the ranking will be determined by the earliest team creation date.

1st place: 500 points for everyone
2nd place: 400 points for everyone
3rd place: 300pt for all
4th place: 200 points for everyone
5th place: 100pt for everyone

*For those eligible for points, the awarding of points will serve as notification.
*Points are scheduled to be awarded in July 2026.
*To check your point balance, please go to [Use & Earn] → [Use Points] → [Point History] in the Niseko Town app.
 

2. Press the button for "Register for Walking Activity".
3. Enter the display name you will use for the walking activity (a nickname or something that does not identify you personally), and then press the button "[Agree to the terms and conditions, decide on a display name and enter]" to complete your entry.
*If you are attending alone, please wait until the event start date.
 

★All participants who form a team will receive 300 points! We recommend joining a team!★
 
If you wish to participate as a team, please proceed to Team Creation/Team Participation after following the entry method [3] above.
"Walking Together" lets you team up with people you know, and even strangers. Encouraging each other with stamps might just naturally increase your step count!
We encourage you to participate as a team (maximum of 10 people per team).
 

♦ The maximum number of steps that can be counted during the event period is20,000 steps per dayThis is the limit. Please note that any steps you take beyond this limit will not be counted. Also, while the upper limit is set at 20,000 steps for the ranking display, the target number of steps for adults walking for health improvement is 8,000 steps. Suddenly increasing your step count only during the event period may actually harm your health. To participate safely, it is important to "gradually increase the amount of time you spend moving your body," "don't push yourself when you're not feeling well," and "consult a doctor if you have an illness or pain." Never overexert yourself, and aim to start by adding 1,000 steps to your usual number of steps!
♦ Within the step count input period (May 1st - June 3rdThe ranking is created based on the number of steps registered on kencom.
♦If your step count is not being recorded correctly, please also refer to the kencom FAQ "How do I record my step count?" (located under the section "About Body Records").
 

♦Please refrain from entering (1) your real name or any information that could identify you personally, or (2) any information that may offend others or violate public order and morals, in the nickname field.If we determine that your entry violates any of the prohibited items, we may hide it.
♦ You are free to set your own statement of enthusiasm, but we reserve the right to delete any posts that we deem to violate the terms of service.
♦If any fraudulent activity is suspected in the step count input, you may be disqualified from winning any prizes.
♦Please note that we cannot answer inquiries regarding the lottery results or other related matters.
 
 

1. After logging into kencom, click the following URL (entry is possible from 2 PM on April 1st).

You will need to verify your identity to use Niseko Town Health Points!

(1) Tap "Menu" on the bottom menu of the app → "Niseko Town Hokkaido"
(2) Tap "Verify Identity"
(3) Tap "Next."
(4) Enter your insurance number and tap "Next"
　*Please enter your insurance number in half-width numbers.「010876」​
 
(5) Enter the symbols and numbers and tap "Next"
※The symbol "2" isFull-width Katakana "Ni"​
Please note that if you enter the kanji character "two", an error will occur.
　　First, enter "Niseko" in full-width katakana and then delete "Seko" to prevent errors!
 
※The number isHalf-width 6-digit number​
　　If your number is four digits, please enter "001234". If your number is five digits, please enter "012345" by adding a zero at the beginning.

Niseko Town Health Points:Can be exchanged for Kira Points in 500pt increments​
If you wish to exchange Niseko Town Health Points for Kira Points, you will need to complete the exchange application process via the app.
(Exchange application period: from April to the end of February each year)


(1) Use your Niseko Town Health Points from the application screen in the kencom app and apply for an exchange in increments of 500 points.

(2) After the month following your exchange application, Health & Welfare Division will mail a Kira Point deposit voucher to your registered residence.
　
(3) Kira Point Deposit Ticket will be valid from the date of issue.Within 14 days Please add points to your "Kira Card".
Points can be added to your Kira Card at Kira Card member stores or Niseko Town Chamber of Commerce.
