In order to deepen mutual understanding between developers and surrounding residents, promote dialogue, and protect the river environment of Niseko Town, we would like to revise the Niseko Town Town Ordinance on Ordinance for River Management. Therefore, we are publishing a draft in accordance with Article 54 of the Niseko Town Basic Ordinance for Town Development and soliciting opinions from the public.
