Who can vote at Niseko Town
Those who were born before April 10, 2005, and who have notified 2022 December 22 for the Hokkaido Governor Election and 2022 December 30 for the Hokkaido Assembly Member Election of moving into Niseko Town by December 30, 2005, and who have continuously registered as a resident at Niseko Town for at least three months.
Voting before the date
Those who can not vote at the polling place for work or travel etc on the day of voting day can vote before the date.

From time 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

※ Procedure is already finished when you have you fill in address, full name beforehand in the written oath of early vote printed on the back of election admission ticket mailed to home.
In addition, you can vote even if you lose the election entrance ticket, so please notify the person in charge about it.

The absentee ballot is for the following people.

3. Voting conducted by those who are staying in cities, towns and villages other than Niseko Town on the day of voting
4. Voting by those who are under the age of 18 on the day of early voting
5. Voting by those who are staying at home or undergoing medical treatment at home due to a COVID-19 who meet certain requirements
