Town logo

The logo was designed around the town's name, "ni", "se" and "ko", a cloud, a mountain and a stream. These represent high aspirations, steadfastness, and constant effort. Relatively, the round shape symbolizes peace and unity, the peak and base of the mountain symbolize leaps and development, and the white inner part symbolizes a pure heart and snow.
