Niseko Town learning exchange center establishment regulations

Since the original draft of the ordinance to partially revise the Niseko Town Learning Exchange Center Ordinance was created as follows, we will publish it based on the provisions of Article 54 of Niseko Town Basic Ordinance for Town Development and seek opinions.
The content of the amendment is to make the Niseko Town Learning Exchange Center a facility that functions as a library as stipulated in Article 10 of the Library Act.
