Niseko Town learning exchange center establishment regulations

We have created the draft of the ordinance to revise a part of the Niseko Town Learning Exchange Center Establishment Ordinance as follows, so we will publish it based on the provisions of Article 54 of the Niseko Town Basic Regulations of Community Development
The content of the amendment is to make the Niseko Town Learning Exchange Center a facility that functions as a library as stipulated in Article 10 of the Library Act.
