About holding a town development lecture meeting

At the community development meeting, the town mayor and the section manager in charge will intervene at the venue of each district, we will inform you about the problems that the town is having and we will ask your opinions and requests. We will make use of opinions and requests received for town planning and budget creation.
This year, we will be holding town planning meetings on the following dates. If you would like to hold a meeting on a different date, such as at a club or neighborhood association meeting, please feel free to contact Planning & Environment Division. We will coordinate a date with the mayor and visit you.
