About inspection, opinion offer of the regulations (plan) to revise a part of the donation regulations made with Niseko Town hometown

The “Niseko Town Hometown Development Donation Ordinance” is based on the provisions of Articles 13 and 50 Niseko Town Basic Ordinance for Town Development, and uses donations as a financial resource to embody the social investment of donors. It started in 2004 with the aim of contributing to the creation of a unique hometown.
Niseko Town, while more importantly connecting with people who have thoughts, while also encouraging local revitalization and increasing the opportunity to secure financial resources to solve various issues in the town. By expanding businesses that can use donations, it will not only be easier to reflect the wishes of the donors, but it will also be a donation that can be felt to be meaningful for townspeople, etc. We propose revision of the regulations for it.
