Town development project

The town supports town development activities by townspeople based on the purpose of Niseko Town Basic Ordinance for Town Development.
　まちづくりサポート事業では、町民のみなさん中心の団体が行う地域を元気にする等に対し、必要な費用の一部を助成し、活動を支援します。
　※令和8年度の要綱改正により、補助額の上限などが変更になりました。
　

Organizations that meet all of the following requirements are eligible.
（1）ニセコ町民を中心に5人以上の構成員を有する団体
(2) An organization with an activity base in the town
(3) A group that actively works on community development and actively works toward revitalizing the community

Lectures and debates
Events that rejuvenate the region
Business that utilizes local resources and leads to regional revitalization
Community improvement activities conducted within the scope of the residents' association, etc.

継続的かつ計画的に取り組む団体は、計画に基づき3年間を限度として対象とすることができます。
ただし、毎年度審査が必要となります。

 

In the past, it has been used for the following businesses.

・ Handmade planetarium and nature workshop (Executive Committee to watch the planetarium)
・ Medical Lecture "The Realities of Medical Care in Japan and the Realities of Regional Medical Care" (Niseko Future Society)
・ "Hokkaido's attractiveness of plants" lecture holding business (NPO Niseko Town Development Forum)
・ Niseko Kids Festival (Niseko Kids Festival Executive Committee) etc.
・楽しい会議の作り方（ニセコ景観研究会）

H14年から事業を開始し、これまでに40件の事業でまちづくりサポート事業を活用しています。

補助対象経費の3分の2以内で、上限30万円・下限5万円（1,000円未満の端数切捨て）

謝金、交通費、消耗品費、印刷製本費、食糧費（事業に必要と認められるもの）、郵便料等、使用料及び賃借料、原材料費、備品購入費（事業運営に使用するものに限る。補助対象経費総額の20%以内）
* The following expenses are not eligible.
・ Constant operation and maintenance expenses for groups, etc.
・ Personnel expenses, rewards, eating and drinking expenses, transportation expenses, etc. for members of organizations etc.
・ Subsidies and subsidies for other groups
・ Expenses related to goods sales, etc.
・他の補助制度で助成を受ける経費
・ Expenses not considered appropriate for other businesses

Regarding support decisions, the town mayor decides in consideration of the following five points.
(1) Regional profitability
(2) Possibility
(3) Effectiveness
(4) Autonomy
(5) Relevance

・まちづくりサポート事業補助を受けた団体は、ニセコ町補助規則に基づき、A4紙1枚以上（400字程度）で実施内容・参加者・実施写真・効果や課題などを含めた成果報告書を提出していただきます。内容が不十分な場合には、補助金の決定を取り消す可能性がございますのでご承知おきください。
