General inspection of the "Niseko Town Self-Government Creation Strategy" (draft) (request for opinions)

Niseko Town, we are tackling the problem of population decline facing Japan and are working on “self-government revitalization” to create a rich and attractive town for the future.

This time, the results of the solicitation of opinions for the "Niseko Town Population Vision" and the "Niseko Town Comprehensive Strategy" outline (draft), which were implemented from December 21, 2015 (Monday) to January 15, 2016 (Friday) Based on this, we compiled the “ Niseko Town Self-Government Creation Revitalization Strategy” (draft). The “ Niseko Town Self-Government Creation Revitalization Strategy” is formulated as a municipal town, person, and work creation comprehensive strategy based on Article 10 of the Town, Person and Work Creation Law (2014 Law No. 136).

In deciding the "Niseko Town Autonomy Creation Comprehensive Strategy", we will announce the strategy (draft) and solicit opinions based on Article 38 Niseko Town Basic Ordinance for Town Development.
