In order to deepen mutual understanding between developers and surrounding residents, we would like to revise the Niseko Town Landscape Ordinance to encourage dialogue as early as possible and facilitate smoother discussions. Therefore, we are publishing a draft in accordance with Article 54 of the Niseko Town Basic Ordinance for Town Development Ordinance and soliciting opinions from the public.
