The Niseko Town Basic Ordinance for Town Development) as an ordinance that we, the townspeople, will "nurture" in accordance with the times.
Starting in 2023, we have been carrying out the fifth review, and have established a review committee to carry out the work.
In March 2025, the review committee submitted a report, and based on this report, we considered whether the ordinance was appropriate for Niseko Town, and after determining that it was necessary to revise it, we have now compiled a proposed revision.
We will publish a draft of the plan in accordance with Article 54 of the Niseko Town Basic Ordinance for Town Development Ordinance and will solicit opinions from the public.
