In Niseko Town, with the basic philosophy of "Niseko: A City for Co-creating the Future of Children," we are planning to recruit motivated staff members who will be responsible for the town's future, in order to promote information sharing and community participation in town development.
In order to promote attractive town development with other staff, Niseko Town is enthusiastically seeking human resources who can actively work on everything and act flexibly from the perspective of the townspeople.
In Niseko Town, approximately 100 staff members boldly take on innovative initiatives every day, creating a workplace where each individual's strengths can be fully utilized to promote sustainable town development for the future. Newly hired staff members are expected to become fully competent within a few months of being hired. It is a rewarding workplace where the strengths of each individual are put to good use in town development. We encourage you to apply.
No special preparation for the civil service exam is required. This exam is easy to take for people who are mainly looking for jobs in the private sector or who are considering a career change!

■Several technical positions (architects, civil engineers, water engineers, IT engineers)
■Several public health nurses
■Several social education directors
■Several childcare workers
