The 26th Takeshi Arishima Youth Public Art Promotional Works Recruitment

Takeshi Arishima was a representative of the Shirakaba school, and formed art loyalty association "Kuroyuri-kai" in Sapporo during the Meiji Period, and as a pioneer of modern painting in Hokkaido, it had a great influence on the backward movement.
The purpose of this project is to provide a place for creative presentation widely to young people who have innate creativity and to inherit the intention of Arima's art promotion.
The prize is decided by the judging committee, and the next prize is awarded to excellent work.

Work standard

  • Water color · Oil painting number 50 or less.
  • Framed works only. Do not judge works without unframed work, hanging brackets and suspension strings.
  • Entry points are limited to 3 per person.
  • Artworks announced in other public exhibitions etc. are not allowed to exhibit.

Please contact Arishima Takeo Memorial Museum with your name, phone number, address, number of copies required, and school name, as we will send you an exhibition slip by mail.

Loading

  • Bring it in to Arishima Takeo Memorial Museum along with the exhibition form.
  • Be sure to paste back labels with name, title, address, school name, grade, and exhibition department on the reverse side of the exhibited work, and make sure the top and bottom of the back label and the top and bottom of the work are always aligned.
  • All expenses related to the loading of the work shall be borne by the exhibitor.

Carrying out

  • Both works are selected and selected from 9 am to 4 pm on November 20 th (Thursday) 20 th to 22 th (Saturday).
  • The hotel will not be held responsible if it is not carried out at a predetermined date and time.
  • All expenses related to the work carry out shall be borne by the seller.

Awards and awards

  • The results of the examination will be announced on the Hokkaido Shimbun newspaper
  • Only the winning works will be exhibited in the special exhibition room Arishima Takeo Memorial Museum
  • The prize is decided by the judging committee, and the excellent work is presented with the following prize

Awards ceremony

  • Held at 1:00 pm on Sunday, November 2, 2014 at Arishima Takeo Memorial Museum Special Exhibition Room.
  • In the awards ceremony, the judges will explain about the winning works (planned).

Other

  • You can not appeal against the exhibition, and remove the work during the exhibition period.
  • For photo shoots for catalogs, we may disassemble at our hotel.
  • We carefully administer the transportation and storage of the work, but we are not responsible for any accidental damage or loss.
  • The exhibitor's personal information will be properly handled in accordance with the Niseko Town Personal Information Protection Ordinance.
