[Traffic regulation] Notice of traffic regulation accompanying Tour de Hokkaido 2022

Notice

September 9th (Friday) to 11th (Sunday) Due to the holding of “Tour de Hokkaido 2022”, traffic restrictions will be implemented on the competition course and surrounding roads. When passing nearby, please follow the instructions of police officers and guides, and set routes such as detours in advance depending on your destination.

<STAGE1 (without passing through Niseko Town)>
Friday, September 9th
9:20~14:00 
Minami Ward, Sapporo City - Otaru City - Akaigawa Village - Niki Town - Yoichi Town - Furubira Town - Kamoenai Village - Tomari Village - Kyowa Town

<STAGE 2 (traffic restrictions due to passage through Niseko Town)>
Saturday, September 10th

Kutchan Town ~ Kyowa Town ~ Rankoshi Town ~Niseko Town (around 12:00-12:30)~豊浦町~洞爺湖町~真狩村
 ~Niseko Town (around 13:30-around 14:10)~ Kutchan Town

Race cars and oncoming lanes can be passed at reduced speed (right turns, crossings, etc. are not allowed)
Competing lines and forward lanes can follow behind (crossing and interruptions are not allowed)

<STAGE 3 (Traffic restrictions due to passage through Niseko Town)
Sunday, September 11th

Kutchan Town ~ Kyowa Town ~ Rankoshi Town ~Niseko Town (around 11:00-11:30)~真狩村~喜茂別町~伊達市
 ~千歳市~苫小牧市
*Traffic closed in town
 Prefectural Road 66 Maeda Shoten Mae Intersection ~ Secoma Mae (around 11:15~11:25)

*Other than road closures
Race cars and oncoming lanes can be passed at reduced speed (right turns, crossings, etc. are not allowed)
Competing lines and forward lanes can follow behind (crossing and interruptions are not allowed)

*On September 11th (Sunday), the Tomakomai Central Interchange (IC) exit of the Hokkaido Expressway will be closed for about 90 minutes from around 12:30.
