The Otaru Development and Construction Department, Hokkaido Development Bureau, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is conducting a questionnaire survey on road planning for the Hokkaido Crossing Expressway.
Questionnaires are mailed to each household and are also set up at government offices and roadside stations.
Please post the answer to the nearest post box, the government office building, or the collection box provided at the roadside station. You can also answer on the Internet.
