About holding of 202nd town development townsman lecture "town development basic regulations 20th anniversary round-table talk"

This year marks the 20th anniversary of Niseko Town Basic Ordinance for Town Development, which can be said to be the town's constitution.
This time, we invited Mr. Shigeo Kisa (Professor Emeritus of Hokkaido University, Professor Emeritus of Kyushu University) and Mr. Akira Nazuka (Professor of Kushiro Junior College, Former Deputy Mayor of Kushiro City) who made efforts to enact the regulations to commemorate the 20th anniversary. We will hold a roundtable discussion.
