Lifting of road closures

On March 2, 2021, due to an avalanche that occurred within the jurisdiction of the Otaru Development and Construction Department, two sections of two national highways were closed to traffic. However, we would like to inform you that road inspections have been completed on all sections, safety has been confirmed, and the road closures are expected to be lifted.
