About inspection result of Niseko Town forest environment transfer tax fund bylaw draft

In order to cover the costs of implementing measures related to forest maintenance within the town, training and securing human resources to handle forest maintenance, public awareness of the public functions of forests, promoting the use of timber, and other measures to promote forest maintenance, it is necessary to establish a Niseko Town Forest Environment Grant Tax Fund. We solicited opinions pursuant to Article 54 of the Niseko Town Basic Ordinance for Town Development Ordinance.
