About inspection result of Niseko Town forest environment transfer tax fund bylaw draft

It is necessary to establish the Niseko Town Forest Environment Concession Tax Fund to cover expenses for measures related to forest development in the town, development and securing of human resources who should be responsible for forest development, promotion and awareness of the public interest functions of forests, promotion of wood use, and other measures to promote forest development, in accordance with Article 54 of Niseko Town Basic Ordinance for Town Development.
