About the fee for use fee calculation for income excesses of public housing

There was an error in the fee calculation for some public housing, and it turned out that we have collected an excessive fee for housing fee from 2014 until now. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused to the residents of the town, including everyone in the public housing.
The ordinance will be revised to set fair rents from April 2020 Regarding past differences in rent, the town has decided not to collect additional fees because the town has not communicated any information to tenants and they are not responsible for them. Furthermore, charging tenants for underpayments on top of monthly rent will only increase the level of hardship for tenants.
