The 179th town development townsman course "local economic circulation"

Niseko Town formulated a second Eco-Model City action plan in March 2019 to realize a sustainable town. In the plan, we are promoting the reduction of energy used in “buildings” and “business activities”, and are considering the development of ordinances that promote regional economic circulation.
By working on these, I would like to think while listening to the lectures of experts who are studying advanced community development, "How to promote regional economic circulation and go towards a sustainable community."
